Demolition of existing service corridor and façade panels. Installation of structural steel bridge spanning between the shopping centre and adjacent residential development. Façade glazing and aluminium cladding to bridge structure. All internal finishes and services include auto doors, fire curtains and prefabricated timber panelling.
